摘要 针对传统的手动、液压、气动夹具日益不能满足工业生产需求的问题,设计了一种经济环保的气液复合夹具,分析了其工作原理和基本结构特征,推导出输出力和输出位移计算公式。该夹具结构灵活、经济环保、符合绿色制造的理念,以压缩空气为动力源,利用铰链连杆的角度效应和液压的面积效应实现输出力的两次增大,能够解决一般气动夹具夹紧力小和工作效率低的问题。 With the rapid development of modem manufacturing technology, traditional manual, hy- draulic and pneumatic clamping fixture cannot meet the requirements of industrial manufacture day by day. The fixture is developing toward energy-saving, environment-friendly with high efficiency and flexibility. For this reason, we have designed an economical and environmental gas-liquid composite fixture. Then, the work- ing mechanism and basic structural characteristics are analyzed, and the formula of output force and displace- ment are derived. The fixture uses compressed air as power source, and the output force can be magnified 2 times through the angle function between toggles and the area effect of hydromantic. It is of flexible structure, low cost and environmental protection, fits with the green manufacturing idea, and can solve problems of tradi- tional fixture with small claming force and low working efficiency.
