Discussion of Design Optimization of The Real Estate Development Projects in Southern Angola

安哥拉南部社会住房项目具有平面空间及纵向海拔跨度大,气候、地形、地貌以及地质状况存在巨大差异且复杂多变的特点。施工图阶段如何合理的利用现状地形、当地材料及施工技术水平进行设计方案优化,达到降低工程造价、削弱施工难度、缩短工期、推进项目的顺利实施是该项目中的重要问题。通过对该项目设计优化的分析和研究,探讨出适合海外EPC项目的设计优化原则和方法,并总结了安哥拉南部社会住房项目设计优化经验,可为其他海外EPC项目的设计工作提供重要的借鉴。

The Real Estate Development projects in southern Angola have many characteristics , such as large span of plane space and longitudinal altitude ,great difference and complicated variable in climate ,topography ,geomorphology , and geological conditions .The important issue of thes projects at the designing stage is to optimize the design plan by tak-ing advantage of the present topography ,local materials and constructive techniques ,in order to reduce the construction expense and difficulty ,shorten construction period ,as well as promote project implementation .Based on the analysis and research of the design optimization of these projects ,the principles and methods suitable for overseas EPC general con-tract projects were put forward ,and the design optimization experience were summarized .This study can provide some references for the design of other overseas EPC general contract projects .
