摘要 HEC-RAS是一款功能强大、简便实用的水面线计算软件,普遍应用于国外的水利防洪规划。文章结合工程实例,详细介绍了HEC的计算原理和方法,并得到了理想的天然河道水面线计算成果。实践证明,HEC不仅能够计算天然河道复杂流态下的水面线,还能直观的判断现状河道的防洪能力,对防洪规划工程具有重要的指导意义,值得在国内推广。 HEC-RAS is a powerful and convenient software for calculating water surface lines ,whice is widely applied in flood control planning at abroad .It’ s principle and calculation method were introduced in detail and the ideal water surface line calculation results of a natural river were obtained in its application to an actual engineering project .The re-sults prove that by using HEC-RAS ,not only the water surface lines of natural river courses in complicated flow-state can be obtained ,but also their flood-control capacity can be judged intuitively .This research is very important for the engineering of flood control planning and the software is worth popularizing domestically .
