摘要
食品质量与安全专业是我国高等教育的热门专业之一,现已有100多所高校成立了该专业,但由于院校背景不同,还没有形成比较理想的教育模式。河南工业大学于2004年增设食品质量与安全专业并开始招生,至今已招生10届。如何充分利用学校及学院的教学资源和专业优势,进行粮油食品特色专业背景下食品质量与安全专业课程体系的优化建设具重要意义。本文对该校食品质量与安全专业的基本要求、课程体系建设、评估与优化等方面进行了探讨,以期为该专业在特色专业背景下的建设与发展提供参考。
Food safety and quality is one of the hot subjects in China, and has been set up in more than 100 universities. However, the ideal education model has not been established due to different professional characteristics of these universities. Henan University of Technology has set up the major and enrolled more than 10 years. It is important to construct and optimize curriculum system of food quality and safety by utilizing existing educational advantages and professional characteristics in our university. The article discussed the basal request, curriculum system construction, evaluation and optimization to provide reference for the construction and development of the discipline under background of characteristic specialty.
