摘要
采用自制的无卤阻燃剂制备了无卤阻燃连续长玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)材料。该材料具有较好的阻燃性能、较高的力学性能及良好的电绝缘性能,其相比漏电起痕指数达到600 V,灼热丝起燃温度达到960℃。该材料对铜等电极具有低腐蚀性。无卤阻燃连续长玻纤增强PBT材料的强度明显高于无卤阻燃短玻纤增强PBT材料的强度。该材料已经广泛应用于接触器、漏电保护器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域的产品。
Halogen-free flame retardant continuous long glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) material was prepared by self-made flame retardant halogen-free flame retardants. The material has good fire retardant properties, high mechanical properties and good electrical insulation properties. Its comparative tracking index can reach as high as 600 V. Its glow wire ignition temperature can reach as high as 960℃. Halogen-free flame retardant long glass fiber reinfouced PBT is obviously stronger than halogen-free flame retardant short glass fiber reinfouced PBT. The material has low corrosive characteristics to copper electrodes. The material has already been widely used in electronics appliances,such as contactors,circuit breakers.
