日落黄在乙炔黑-壳聚糖修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为研究 被引量:5

摘要 将新型炭材料乙炔黑(AB)分散制备成AB一壳聚糖(CTS)复合膜修饰玻碳电极(GCE)。运用循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了着色剂日落黄在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。通过对支持电解质、修饰剂的用量、富集电位、富集时间进行优化,建立了一种快速、灵敏测定日落黄的电化学分析方法。方法的线性范围为5.0×10^-8~1.0×10mol/L,检出限(s/N=3)为9.0×10mol/L。该修饰电极制作简单,稳定性、重现性良好,已成功应用于实际样品的检测。 The surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified by acetylene black (AB)-chitosan (CTS) mixture to prepare AB-CTS/GCE. Electrochemical behavior of sunset yellow at the electrodes was studied, and a sensitive oxidation peak was observed in pH=7.0 phosphate buffer solution. Compared with the bare GCE,the AB-CST/GCE greatly increased the oxidation peak current of sunset yellow. The influences of pH value, amount of AB, accumulation potential and time on the signal enhancement of sunset yellow were studied. The linear range was from 5.0× 10-8 to 1.0 × 10-s mol/L, and the detection limit was 9.0 × 10-9 mol/L after 3 min accumulation. As a result, an electrochemical method was developed for the determination of sunset yellow. This proposed method possesses many advantages such as fast response, low cost and simplicity.
