摘要
以克拉霉素为原料,设计并合成了9个9-取代酰基腙克拉霉素衍生物。体外抗菌活性试验结果表明,它们对受试的革兰阳性菌,包括白色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌和肠球菌活性良好,部分化合物对金葡菌和丙型链球菌有较强的抗菌活性。
Nine new 9-substituted acyl hydrazone clarithromycin derivatives were synmeslzeu fronm clarithromycin. The antibacterial activities of the title compounds were tested in vitro and the results showed that these compounds exhibited good antibacterial activities against the tested gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus albus, Diplococcus lanceolatus and Enterococcus. Some of the compounds were also rather actived against Staphylococcus aureus and Gamma streptococcus.
