采用化学非均相催化工艺处理油田含硫废水

Chemical Heterogeneous Catalysis Process for Treatment of Sulfurcontaining Wastewater from Oilfield

摘要 针对黑龙江某油田含硫废水的特点,采用化学非均相催化处理工艺,处理水量为240 m3/d。工程运行结果表明,对COD、SS、硫的去除率分别可达到92.1%、95.7%、91%以上,其中进水COD平均值为204.5 mg/L、SS为68.3 mg/L、硫为1.056 mg/L,出水平均值COD为16.16mg/L、SS为2.94 mg/L、硫为0.095 mg/L,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度一级标准。 The chemical heterogeneous catalysis process was used to treat sultur-eontaining wastewater from an oilfield. The treatment capacity was 240 m3/d. The project operation results indicated that the removal rates of COD, SS and sulfur could reach above 92.1%, 95.7% and 91%. The average values of COD, SS and sulfur in the influent were 204.5 mg/L, 68.3 mg/L and 1. 056 mg/L, and those in the effluent were 16.16mg/L, 2.94 mg/L and 0.095 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996 ).
