关中某羊场奶山羊弓形虫感染情况的血清学调查 被引量:8

摘要 为了解陕西关中地区某羊场奶山羊的弓形虫感染情况,通过间接血凝试验(IHA)对采自该羊场奶山羊的332份血清样品进行弓形虫感染情况的调查。结果显示,奶山羊的弓形虫血清阳性率为29.82%(99/332),其中,青年公山羊的血清阳性率最高(36.07%),其次是成年母山羊(30.96%)和成年公山羊(26.67%),青年母山羊的血清阳性率最低(20.34%)。从性别分析,公山羊(34.21%)和母山羊(28.52%)的血清阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05);从年龄分析,成年山羊(30.66%)和青年山羊(28.33%)的血清阳性率也无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明,该羊场弓形虫的感染较为普遍,应引起养殖人员的重视。 In order to explore the situations of Toxoplasma gondii infection in a dairy goat farm in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi province, providing reference basis for prevention and treatment of dairy goat toxoplasmosis, a total of 332 serum samples were collected from the goat farm and diagnosed by IHA. The results showed that 99 of 332 samples were positive (29. 82%), and young male goats had the highest T. gondii seroprevalence (36.07%), followed by adult female goats (30.96%) and adult male goats (26.67%), and young female goats had the lowest T. gondii seroprevalence (20. 34%). Generally, there was neither significance between male goats(34.21%) and female goats(28. 52%) for the positive rate (P〈0.05), nor significance between adult goats(30.66 %)and young goats(28. 330/00) for the positive rate (P〈0.05). The results of the present investigation indicated that infection of dairy goats with T. gondii was widespread in this goat farm, which should be recognized by feeders.
