摘要
基于产业内存在水平研发溢出和产业间存在垂直研发溢出,假设开放经济条件下上下游企业可选择非合作型、水平合作型、垂直合作型和混合合作型等四种研发合作类型,构建了企业研发与产量选择的博弈模型,运用逆向求解法求得完美均衡解,分析了水平研发溢出和垂直研究溢出变化对企业研发投资、企业利润以及国家福利的影响。
Based on the fact that there are horizontal spillovers among the same industry and verti- cal spillovers among different industries, and the assumption that four types of R＆D cooperation （ no cooperation, horizontal cooperation, vertical cooperation and general cooperation） can be a- dopted in an open economy, a three-stage game model regarding to is constructed respective- ly. By backward induction,perfect resolutions to these models are got. Furthermore, the effects of spfillovers on R＆D cooperation are analyzed.
