我国个体恐怖犯罪原因探析——以近十年66案例为样本

Analysis on the Causes of Individual Terrorist Crime in China——66 cases of nearly ten years as sample

个体恐怖犯罪在我国呈高发态势,探寻预防和治理个体恐怖犯罪对策的第一步是准确分析和探讨其发生的规律和原因。通过对最近十年个体恐怖犯罪案例系统剖析,发现个体恐怖犯罪具有低廉的犯罪成本和恐怖的社会效应不成正比;行为人以成年男性为主,职业集中,多是农村和城市中的低收入人群;行为人多没有前科和精神病史;行为人实施犯罪前多数抱有自杀或者必死的心态等特点。根据对样本的剖析,从社会冲突理论的角度分析个体恐怖犯罪产生的原因主要有经济原因,相对剥夺感的产生,缺乏排泄路径和内在人格的缺失。

With the high momentum of individual terrorist crime in china,It is the first step that accurate analysis and discussion of the law and causes of the occurrence of individual terrorist crime,to explore the prevention and treatment measures to individual terrorist crime. with the analysis of cases about individual terrorist crime,we found that： thelow cost of crime and horror social effect is not proportional; most of criminals are urban populations in low-income,male dominated and career focus; most do not have criminal record and history of mental illness; before the implementation of crime,most have the mentality of suicide and death,and so on. According to analysis on sample and from the perspective of social conflict theory,we found the main causes of individual terrorist crime are economic reasons,the sense of relative deprivation,lack of excretion path and missing of inherent personality.
