培育“嵌入式”群众路线典型实践的探索与启示——以“苏南模式”的无锡为例

建构和谐干群关系新常态下,无锡市对于践行群众路线典型培育作了有益探索,包括华西村"发展靠村民、成果分村民"、水秀社区"服务零距离工作法"、红豆集团"党建与盈利"双发展等群众路线典型培育,其探索成果可总结为"嵌入式"群众路线典型实践模式。培育"嵌入式"群众路线典型实践模式,有助于实现被"嵌入"的"有形组织"发挥组织功能"正能量",建构被"嵌入"的"组织环境"营造践行群众路线"民文化",规范被"嵌入"的"组织行为"形成制度性的"心共识"。
