我国以科技进步促进民生改善实证研究

The Empirical Research of Scientific and Technological Progress Improving People's Livelihood in China

着力保障和改善民生,是新时期党和政府一切工作的出发点和落脚点。实证研究表明,科技进步与民生改善之间具有相辅相成的互动关系,尤其是科技进步对民生改善的促进作用巨大;我国科技进步虽然取得了巨大进步,但仍存在着一定的问题。在此基础上,文章探索性地提出了我国以科技进步促进民生改善的思路对策。

The efforts to protect and improve people＇s livelihood are the starting point and ending point of all the work of the party and the government in the new period. Empirical studies show that, technological progress and people＇s livelihood improvement have the interactive relationship which is complementary, especially the technological progress plays a great role in impioving people＇s livelihood; Although our scientific and technological progress has made tremendous progress, there are still some problems. On this basis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of scientific and technological progress improving people＇ s livelihood.
