The Internal Governance Structure Dilemma of Chinese Public Universities and the Approaches to Its Perfection——Based on the Analysis of Six Universities' Constitutions Approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education

党的十八届三中全会明确提出全面深化改革、建立事业单位法人治理结构的工作目标。文章分析了公立高等院校作为事业单位和公益二类结构的特殊属性、内部治理结构存在的问题,在分析教育部首批核准的六所大学章程的亮点和存在的问题的基础上,探索如何完善公立高校法人治理结构。

Tne third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee put forward the job objectives to comprehensively deepen reform and build institutions＇ corporate governance structure. This article analyses the special attributes and the problems existing in internal governance structure of pubhc universities as institutions. Based on the analysis of six universities＇ constitutions approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education, this article explores the ways to perfect corporate governance structure of public universities.
