The development of on-line resources in high education is a dynamic process in which it will encounter a variety of issues, such as what should be adopted as guiding ideology, what should be developed as content, and how to inspire teachers＇ enthusiasm. This author introduces the construction idea, achievements and experience of on-line resources in Sun Yat-sen University to provide the reference for construction of on-line resources in high education.
