创意农业合作绩效实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Performance of the Cooperation of Creative Agriculture

本文在文献回顾基础上,构建创意农业合作影响因素、合作能力和合作绩效的FCP理论模型,设计"创意农业合作绩效实证研究"调研问卷,并以创意农业企业为调研对象,收集一手调研数据,实证检验FCP理论模型的合理性和有效性。实证结果表明:创意农业合作的12个影响因素中,基础设施、政策法规、决策、领导、控制、产业、技术和营销8个因素对创意农业合作绩效有正向影响,其中,政策法规、决策和营销成为各维度中对合作绩效影响程度最显著的因素;创意农业合作的3种能力中,文化创意能力、技术创新能力和合作协同能力对创意农业合作绩效有正向影响,创意农业合作能力在环境维度(基础设施和政策法规)、创业园管委会维度(决策、领导和控制)和创意农业企业维度(产业、技术和营销)以及创意农业合作绩效之间起中介作用。

Based on the literature review, this study establishes a FCP theoretical model including the influence factors, capability and performance of the cooperation of creative agriculture, meanwhile, a survey questionnaire of the cooperative performance is developed. Then, it takes the creative agriculture enterprises as the survey object. After the collection of the first-hand data, this study empirical verifies the rationality and effectiveness of FCP theoretical model. Empirical results show that eight of the twelve influencing factors have a positive impact on the cooperative performance, there are the infrastructure, policies and regulations, decision-making, leadership, control, industry, technology, marketing, while the policies and regulations, decision-making and marketing have the most important impact on the cooperative performance in each dimension. And among the three kinds of the cooperative capability, the capability of cultural creativity, the capability of technical innovation and the capability of synergistic cooperation have a positive impact on the performance of the cooperation, empirical studies also find that the capability of the cooperation has a mediating effect on the relationships between the dimension of environment （infrastructure, policies and regulations）, the administrative committee of Creative agriculture Park （decision-making, leader- ship, control）, the enterprises of creative agriculture （industry, technology, marketing） and the performance of the cooperation.
