摘要
对湖北省的中小学校校长关于该省学校教育督导的校长满意度现状的调查发现,校长满意度不高的主要原因是学校主体性缺失引发的学校督导制度失调,根源在于双方信任关系的乏力。重建学校督导制度应明确,教育督导机构要转变职能重心,重新定位教育督导机构与学校的关系;教育督导机构要做好对学校的宣传工作,引导其转变教育督导观念和工作方式;教育督导机构要着力提升专业化程度,重视和引导学校督导需求;中小学校要树立发展自信、提高自身水平。
Through investigating the current situation of the headmasters satisfaction on school educational supervision in Hubei Province, it is found that the primary cause that headmaster satisfaction is not high is the system disorder of school supervision system caused by the lack of subjectivity. To re-construct school supervision system, the following aspects should be clear: education supervision institutions should change the center of gravity of the function, the relationship between the education supervision institutions and schools should be re-positioned; education supervision institutions should do a good job in publicity to the schools, and help the schools know and understand the transformation of education supervision concept and work style; educational supervision institutions should strive to improve their professional level, and attach importance to and guide the demands for school supervision; the schools themselves should establish confidence, and improve their own development level.
