摘要
调研了国外航天器总装、测试与试验(AIT)流程的发展,总结了快速AIT研制经验,包括简化或删除大型环境试验、采用自动化测试等。介绍了国内小卫星的传统AIT流程,指出由于体系构架、软件落焊等原因导致AIT流程过于繁琐。结合调研结果,从首发卫星、继承卫星和快速响应卫星三个方面给出了简化的国内小卫星AIT测试流程,优化方法包括删减环境试验、简化综合测试、提高总装效率等,并提出了卫星设计模块化,测试设备通用化和小型化,测试自动化,以及总装工作自动化等小卫星设计优化及测试方法的改进建议。
This paper provides an investigation of traditional spacecraft AIT (assembly, integra- tion, and test) flow in foreign countries, and summarizes the rapid AIT learning lessons: reduc- ing or removing environment tests, automatic testing, etc. Then the traditional satellite AIT flow in China is given and analyzed. Due to the system configuration, software solidifying and other factors, the traditional f AIT flow for first satellite, fo tively, which includes the met low is time-consuming. Based on the research, the minimization of llow-on satellite and rapid responsive satellite is presented respec- hods as reducing environment tests, simplifying integration tests, and making assembly procedure more efficiency. Satellite modularization, test equipment generali- zation and miniaturization, automatic testing, automatic assembly as well as other suggestions for small satellite design and test methods are given at the end of the paper.
