新时期推进青海省民族团结进步先进区建设,必须正确认识党的民族政策的正确性和优越性,正确总结新中国成立以来青海实施党的民族政策取得的宝贵经验,捋清存在的问题。惟其如此,才能使青海民族团结进步先行区建设取得新成效。

In new period, the correctness and superiority of national policy must be understood for impelling the building the leading area of national unity and progress in Qinghai. We need to eorrectly summarize preeious experience gained on the aspect of carrying on the national policy in Qinghai since the new China was founded ,and recognize the existing problems .Only then we will obtain new result in the process of building it.
