摘要
创新是国家发展和社会进步的强大动力,大学生群体是国家重要的人才库,加强大学生创新能力培养,具有重要现实意义。主要阐述了创新能力定义和要素,分析了发展大学生创新能力的重要意义,对信息技术在创新活动中的优势进行了探讨,提出运用信息技术培养大学生创新能力的策略。
Innovation is a powerful driving force for the development of a country or a society. It has much practical significance to improve the college students＇ innovative abilities because, college students as a group are an important talent pool in China. This paper expounds the definition and elements of innovative abilities as well as the great significance of improving the innovative abilities of col- lege students, discusses the advantages of applying information technology （infotech） in innovative activities, and finally puts forward some infotech - based strategies for fostering college students＇ innovative abilities.
