提前期不确定的制造/再制造双源混合订货模型 被引量:1

摘要 在逆向物流库存系统中,不但不确定因素多而且关系复杂,尤其是制造/再制造的提前期往往是随机的,这必将极大影响厂商生产和库存决策。据此,本文假定制造/再制造提前期服从一定的概率分布,同时考虑产品库存和回收件库存,构建"双源"订货决策模型,即当产品库存达到订货点需要订货时,由制造和再制造过程共同满足这一订货需求,以优化求解厂商的期望提前期、制造/再制造批量。最后,通过算例分析,探讨最优订货策略的参数值及其参数变动性分析。
