河南县域义务教育阶段城乡教师资源均衡配置探析

教师资源均衡配置是义务教育均衡发展的前提和基础。城乡教师资源配置失衡是实现城乡义务教育均衡发展的障碍。以县域为单位,对城乡教师资源配置现状进行调查,对存在问题从显性因素、隐性因素、直接因素、现实因素进行归因分析,从政府、学校、教师、社会几个层面提出河南县域城乡教师资源均衡发展的破解路径。
