金融支持效率视角下西部地区上市公司发展研究——基于Malmquist指数的分析

上市公司是区域经济增长的重要源泉和发展方式转变的生力军。文章运用Malmquist指数分析上市公司金融支持效率后发现西部地区上市公司间差异性大,过度依赖技术进步维持金融支持效率增长,不注重融资成本,资金配置过程中存在浪费和误用,且合理规模控制方面不理想。通过金融支持效率的视角发现西部地区上市公司存在的问题并提出相关建议是本文的落脚点。

Listed companies are the important source of regional economic growth and development of the main force of the change of the pattern. Article finds the listed companies have big differences in western China by using the Malmquist model analysis, don＇t pay at- tention to the cost of financing, waste and misuse in capital allocation, and problems on reasonable size control.
