国外贸易低碳化发展经验及其对福建的启示

Implication of Low-Carbon Development Abroad for Fujian's Foreign Trade

后经济危机时代,低碳贸易作为低碳经济的发展和延伸,逐渐成为各国对外贸易发展的新导向。不少国家或地区积极践行,不断推动对外贸易的低碳转型。文中归纳了国外外贸低碳化发展先进区域的基本经验,并立足于福建省的实际,探讨对福建省外贸低碳化发展的启示。

At the age of post- economic crisis, low-carbon trade tends to be the extended form of low- carbon economy and has become the new direction for all countries in their foreign trade. Many coun- tries or economic areas take action in the practice, promote their transformation of low carbon trade. This paper, based on Fujian＇ s current situation, summarizes the experience of the most developed countries and proposes practical modes and implications for Fujian＇ s trade.
