“Synchronized Development”to Promote New Urbanization:Major Problems and Solutions

"四化同步"为新型工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化的协调发展指明了方向,也为推进传统城镇化向新型城镇化转型提供了理念支撑,结合"四化同步"发展理念与新型城镇化发展机遇,以新型城镇化为"四化同步"发展的突破点,充分发挥新型城镇化的引领作用,成为了现阶段我国经济社会发展的必然要求。基于此,在阐述、厘清"四化同步"发展新型城镇化逻辑依据与核心内涵的基础上,提出了城镇化与工业化互动有限、城镇化与信息化融合不够、城镇化与农业现代化关联不紧等"四化同步"发展新型城镇化的主要困境,进而提出了"四化同步"发展新型城镇化的推进路径。

'Synchronized development' not only points out the direction for the coordinated development of new industrialization,urbanization,informatization,and agricultural modernization,but also provides a theoretical support for the traditional urbanization's transformation to the new urbanization. Given the concept of 'synchronized development'and opportunities for the new urbanization,taking the new urbanization as the breakthrough of the 'synchronized development' and giving a full play to the leading role of the new urbanization have become a necessity for China's economic and social development. On the basis of clarifying the logic and core content of 'synchronized development' in the new urbanization process,this article points out the major problems urbanization process such as limited interaction between urbanization and industrialization,inadequate integration of urbanization and informatization,and disconnection between urbanization and agricultural modernization. This article also puts forward some solutions to advance the new urbanization.
