The Application of Social Work Methods in College Students' Employment Guidance

我国高等学校毕业生就业制度的深入改革,为社会工作方法的介入提供了更多的理论运用和实践探索机会。社会工作作为一种专业的助人活动,主要运用个案工作、小组工作和社区工作这三大社会工作方法进行介入。社会工作方法介入到大学生就业过程中,将有助于大学生提高就业信心、提高就业与社会参与意识。

Further reform of employment system of high school graduates in China, provides intervention of social work methods more opportunities to explore the theory and the practice. Social work,as a professional method that offers assistance,intervenes with three major methods:individual case study,teamwork,and community work. The intervention of the social work methods in solving college student' employment problems will help college students strengthen their employment confidence,restore their employment consciousness,and enhance their sense of social participation.
