摘要
在分析我国当前餐厨垃圾现状及问题的基础上,指出餐厨垃圾具有很大的利用价值,构建了市场机制下的餐厨垃圾回收处理模式,同时提出了相应的餐厨垃圾回收管理对策。
On the analysis of the current situation and problems of kitchen waste in our country,the great use value of the kitchen waste was pointed out. In addition,the kitchen waste recycling mode under the market mechanism was constructed,and the corresponding countermeasure of kitchen waste recycling management was put forward.
