摘要 本文利用2006年中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)的数据,运用不同模型分析个人健康投资对劳动者就业的作用。研究发现:综合性健康投资对劳动者的就业有一定的促进作用;单一性健康投资对一般性就业有较小的促进作用,但对选择性就业与延长性就业有较小的限制作用;劳动者的个人健康投资对就业的作用受其个人特征(性别、年龄、受教育程度、健康水平等)的影响;公共健康投资水平影响劳动者个人健康投资对其一般性就业的作用。 Since there are many uncertainties in health and health investment, the role of health investment (especially the personal health investment of laborers) in employment, income and economic the central issue of economics profession. By using the CHNS data in 2006, this paper analyzes the effect of personal health investment on employment through different models. The empirical evidence indicates: Comprehensive health investment may be a factor contributing to the employment of laborers. Oneness health investment has little positive effect on general employment, but it will restrain mildly the selective employment and extending employment. The role of laborers' personal health investment in employment will be affected by their personal characteristics, such as gender, age, educationlevel, health level and et al. The level of public health investment will affect the effects of laborers' personal health investment on their general employment.
