The Influence Mechanism of Informal Network for the Innovation Performance——Moderating Effects of the Performance Appraisal Orientation

摘要 基于社会交换理论,研究了非正式网络、知识共享与创新绩效之间的关系以及绩效评价导向对非正式网络与知识共享关系的调节作用。通过对191个研发团队的实证研究发现:组织中的非正式网络与知识共享、创新绩效正相关;知识共享在非正式网络与创新绩效关系中起中介作用;绩效评价导向正向调节了非正式网络与知识共享的关系。 Based on the literature reviewing about the social exchange theory, the relationship between informal network and knowledge sharing and innovation performance, as well as adjust action of the performance appraisal orientation for the rela- tionship between the informal network and the knowledge sharing. The empirical research for 191 t{&D teams shows lhat there is a positive relationship between infbrmal network and knowledge sharing, and between informal network anti innova- tion performance, the knowledge sharing has an intermediary role be/ween informal network and innovation performance, the developmental performance appraisal orientation positively modulates the relationship between informal network and knowl- edge sharing. The results help to understand active role of the informal network, to promote knowledge sharing, and to ira- Drove innovation canacitv.
