经济全球化必然会导致法律全球化,随着知识经济时代的到来,知识产权法律全球化是全球化的一个必然趋势和客观规律,从政治经济学的角度分析知识产权法律全球化中存在的问题,并提出我国参与知识产权法律全球化过程中应采取的措施与对策。

Economic globalization will inevitably leads to the globalization of law, with the arrival of knowledge economy era, intellectual property legal globalization is an inevitable trend of globalization and the objective law. This article analyzes the existing problems in the intellectual property legal globalization from the perspective of political economics, and puts forward the measures and countermeasures that should be adopted in China＇s participation in the intellectual property law in the process of globalization.
