网络游记与出境游客行为特征研究——以中国大陆游客赴泰国苏梅岛为例

The Research on Behavior Characteristics of Outbound Tourists on the Basis of Internet Travel Notes——A Case Study of tourists from Mainland of China to Koh Samui of Thailand

立足于网络游记视角,以中国大陆赴泰国苏梅岛的游客群为研究对象,采用质性分析方法和文本分析法,分别从旅游者特征、旅游时间分布、旅游动机、旅游偏好、旅游者消费倾向及旅后评价等方面,分析赴泰国苏梅岛旅游的中国大陆游客的旅游状态及最新动态,总结近年来的旅游消费新动向及未来发展趋势,并提出有针对性的建议。

On the basis of Internet travel notes, the paper develops an analysis on tourists from Mainland of China to Koh Samui by qualitative research method and text analysis method in terms of tourists＂ characteristics, tourism time distribution, tourism motivation, tourists＂ preference and post tourism evaluation, etc. It systematically discusses the tourism state and the latest development of these Chinese tourists and summarizes new trends and future of tourism consumption. Finally, it proposes individualized suggestions.
