摘要
从广西少数民族地区基层干部对教育培训的主观意愿、主观期望、客观经历等三方面来描述基层干部的教育培训状况,总结当前少数民族地区基层干部教育培训中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出相应的对策:教育培训应该走社会分化和专业化的道路,要明确教育培训的终极目标是增强基层干部的反思、学习能力;要增加教育培训的资金,延长教育培训的时间;要使基层干部认识到教育培训对于未来职业生涯的重要性,端正他们的学习态度,保证其职位、行政级别不变,使其安心脱产进行学习;激发中年基层干部的学习热情,给予青年基层干部更多的教育培训机会;加强与有资质的高等院校、科研院所的合作,遴选综合能力较强的教员。
This paper describes the education and training of the grassroot cadres in ethnic minority areas from three perspectives of subjective willingness, subjective expectation and objective experience, summarizes the problems currently existing in the education and training and puts forward countermeasures: the education and training should go in the way of social differentiation and specialization, with the ultimate goat to enhance the grassroot cadres' ability to review and learn; we should increase the funds and extend the time of education and training; we should help the grassroot cadres to have a positive attitude to- ward the education and training by understanding the significance of education and training to their future career; we should ensure them to have their original position and administrative rank so that they may devote to the training; we should encourage those middle--aged cadres to get involved in the education and training and give more opportunities of education and training to young cadres; we should have more cooperation with qualified universities, colleges, scientific research institutes to seek trainers with high comprehensive capabilities.
