高校教师专业发展生态模型构建初探——以浙江省6所高校为例

Ecological model construction of professional development of college teachers: taking 6 universities in Zhejiang Province as an example

文章以浙江省6所高校为研究对象,从生态学的视角,结合定性、定量的研究方法,通过问卷调查、专家深度访谈,调查研究高校教师专业发展的现实状况,分析现阶段高校教师专业发展存在的生态环境问题并进行原因探析,在归纳高校教师专业发展影响因素的基础上,对各因素之间的内部关系进行逻辑分析,初步构建高校教师专业发展的生态模型。
