摘要
文章采用网络调查的方式,研究"985工程"高校图书馆向社会服务的情况,分析社会服务中存在的服务对象称谓不一、网页宣传不到位、开放程度参差不齐等问题,提出转变观念、规范称谓、完善制度、加强宣传等对策。
The paper studies on situation of social services in Project 985 university libraries by network survey, analyzes the existing problems such as different titles for the same user groups, lack of publicity for websites, and uneven openness, and proposes some countermeasures, such as changing ideas, standardizing titles, improving the policies, and strengthening publicity.
