Situation and Evaluation of Some Foreign Libraries Providing Copyright Services for MOOCs

目前,国外大学图书馆为MOOCS提供版权服务呈现出学术研究渐趋活跃、扮演多元化的版权角色、突出版权教育的重要地位等特征。图书馆开展版权服务的经验包括:成立专门的版权服务机构、健全和落实版权政策、加强与版权中介管理组织的联系、积极融入MOOCS实践等。版权服务推动了MOOCS的发展,提升了图书馆的服务能力,丰富了图书馆管理版权的经验,为立法创新提供了依据。

The foreign university libraries are becoming more active and play multiple roles in providing copyright services for MOOCS, and pay great attention to the copyright education. Their experiences include： establishing special copyright service departments, improving and implementing copyright policies, strengthening the ties with copyright agency management organizations, and actively taking part in the practice of MOOCS. The copyright services have promoted the development of MOOCS, improved the service ability of library, and enriched libraries＇ experiences of copyright management, and provided a basis for legislative innovation.
