摘要 风电出力与负荷需求的不协调性导致弃风现象时有发生,实行分时电价和引导大用户直接消纳风电可以优化弃风问题解决方案。文章建立了分时电价下大用户直接消纳风电时火电、风电、大用户3方的收益模型;建立了考虑火电、风电、大用户3方约束条件下的系统利益优化模型;以利益最大和弃风最小为目标,对提出的算例进行优化,表明大用户与分时电价双途径可以优化风电消纳,同时需要考虑合理的弃风,以使各方利益均衡。算例分析验证了所提出模型的有效性和适用性,表明该模型对风电与需求侧组合调度策略具有一定的参考价值和指导作用。 The incompatibility between wind power output and load demand leads to serious wind curtailment,however carrying out the time-of-use(TOU) policy and leading large users directly absorbing wind power can optimize the coordination. A tripartite profit model of large users, wind power and thermal power is established for large users to directly accommodate wind power in TOU rate; a whole system profit optimization model is established, which considers the tripartite constraints of large users, wind power and thermal power. Taking the maximum profit and minimum wind curtailment as the objects, the proposed simulation example is optimized, the result shows the two methods of TOU tariff and large users' utilization both can optimize wind power accommodation, and the properly wind curtailment will balance the interests of all parties; the simulation example confirms the validity and suitability of the model, and manifests that the proposed model provides some reference and guideline for combination control strategy of wind power and demand side.
