摘要 提出了1种用于CPU芯片散热的金属—导热塑料复合扇形散热器结构,该结构将金属良好的导热性和导热塑料较好的设计加工性结合起来。其中心圆柱为金属铝,外层的散热翅片选用实验室所制备的导热塑料,可通过在翅片上设计大量的微结构来增大散热面积,改善散热效果。分析了各种结构参数及翅片微结构对散热器散热效果的影响。 Proposed a metal used in CPU chip cooling-thermal conductive plastic composite radiator sector structure, the structure would be good thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity metal plastic good design working together. The central cylinder of aluminum, the outer heat dissipation fin was chosen laboratory preparation of the thermal conductivity of plastic, could pass on the fin design to increase the cooling area of a large number of microstrueture, and improved heat dissipation effect. The various structural parameters and fin microstrueture on radiator cooling effect was analyzed.
