摘要
HDPE双壁波纹管在刚度、水力特性、接口密封性、设计寿命、耐腐蚀和铺设安装等方面都有其明显的优越性。主要讨论了HDPE波纹管的使用寿命和水力学特性,详细阐述了国内外标准规范中对HDPE波纹管所用原料树脂的短期和长期性能要求,并介绍了国外有关波纹管长期力学性能的测试方法,最后说明了工程设计中通过水力学计算来选择波纹管道规格的方法。
Corrugated HDPE pipe had its significant advantage on various aspects with regard to stiffness, hydraulic property, interface sealing, service life, corrosion resistance and installation. Based on the technical reports of American Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) , the design life and hydraulic property of corrugated HDPE pipe were discussed. For HDPE resin, the requirement of short-term and long-term mechanical property were stated and compared in different the domestic and overseas standards and specifications. Then the simplified selection procedures of pipe specification were illustrated through case description of hydraulic calculation in project design.
