经穴电阻抗特性的研究进展及新思路

通过查阅经穴电阻抗特性的国内外相关文献,从经穴电阻抗特性的现状、探测方法与应用三个方面对经穴电阻抗特性进行概述,发现大部分相关研究均是以"经穴皮肤"作为经穴电阻研究的对象,仅极少文献以"经穴皮肤内"作为研究对象。为此,对经穴电阻抗检测提出新的研究方法和思路,认为中医的临床辨证分型、针刺手法与经穴电阻抗特性的研究相结合可能具有潜在的探索价值,以期较全面地反映经穴电阻抗特性,并且可能将该研究过程及结果与中医临床辨证分型、针刺治疗过程相结合,推动经穴电阻抗研究与临床相结合。

By researching the relevant literature about meridian electrical impedance characteristics,this article mainly summarized meridian electrical impedance characteristics from three aspects： the present situation of meridian electrical impedance characteristics,detection methods and application and found that most studies consider meridian skin as the meridian electrical impedance characteristics research object and only few literatures study the internal skin of meridian. Therefore,this article puts forward a new research method and thought,which may have potential value to combine this research process and results with TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treating process,so as to promote meridian electrical impedance combining research and clinical application.
