中医综合疗法联合西医治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死临床疗效观察

Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis Clinical Efficacy

目的:探讨中医综合疗法联合西医治疗非创性股骨头坏死临床疗效观察,为临床诊断治疗提供科学依据。方法:本组纳入的125例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=65)。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上结合中医综合疗法治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、肝功能与血常规变化以及关节疼痛评分。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(90.77%)显著高于对照组治疗后(75.00%),且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后肝功能及血常规变化比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后关节疼痛评分显著低于对照组治疗后,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法联合西医治疗非创性股骨头坏死临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者关节疼痛,对于临床应用具有重要研究价值,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the comprehensive therapy combined with Western medicine treatment of non- invasive clinical efficacy of femoral head necrosis,and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：125 cases of femoral head necrosis in patients included in this group of non- traumatic randomly divided into control group（ n =60） and observation group（ n =65） based on a random number table. The control group with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine combined with the observation group therapy in Western medicine comprehensive basis. Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy after two groups of patients,changes in liver function and blood and joint pain score. Results： The total effective rate after treatment（ 90. 77%） was significantly higher after treatment（ 75. 00%）,and has a significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; before and after treatment changes in liver function and blood were differences no statistically significant（ P 〉0. 05）; observation group after treatment of joint pain score was significantly lower than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive therapy combined with Western medicine treatment of non- invasive osteonecrosis significant clinical effect,can significantly improve patients with joint pain,has important clinical applications for research value,worthy of further application.
