中药联合情志疗法对儿童抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy on children with Tourette's syndrome

目的:探讨中药联合情志疗法对儿童抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2012年2月—2014年2月医院收治的抽动秽语综合征儿童72例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组42例、对照组30例,对照组给予泰必利治疗,观察组给予中医辨证联合情志疗法,比较两组患儿治疗3个月后的疗效、治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分以及两组不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为(95.24%)显著高于对照组治疗总有效率为(76.67%)(P<0.05);YGTSS症状评分比较,治疗前,两组患儿在运动性抽动、发音性抽动、综合损害以及总分上均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿各症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿各症状评分均显著低于对照组患儿(P<0.05);在治疗期间,对照组2例患儿出现轻度嗜睡、乏力、头晕症状,但仍能坚持至治疗结束,观察组为发现明显不良反应,且两组患儿血、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能检查均无出现异常。结论:中医辩证联合情志疗法治疗儿童抽动秽语综合征其疗效显著、安全性好,具有着较大的运用前景,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the clinical efficacy and safety of children with Tourette＇s syndrome. Methods： in 2012 February - 2014 year in February in our hospital of Ti C children with Tourette＇s syndrome in 72 cases,randomly divided into observation group of 42 cases,30 cases in the control group,the control group received tiapride treatment,observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy,compared two groups of children with treatment,three months after treated with Yale Global Tic Severity Scale（ YGTSS） score and adverse reactions of two groups. Results： in the observation group,the total effective rate was（ 95. 24%） in control group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of（ 76. 67%）（ P 〈0. 05）; YGTSS symptom score,before treatment,two groups of children in motor tics,tics,pronunciation and the total score of comprehensive damage there was no statistical difference（ P 〉0. 05）; treatment later,two groups of children with the symptom score decreased significantly at the end of treatment（ P 〈0. 05）; after the treatment,the observation group with the symptom score was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; during the treatment,2 cases in the control group occurred in children with mild drowsiness,fatigue,dizziness symptoms,but still can stick to the end of the treatment,the observation group was obvious adverse reaction,and the two groups of children with blood,urine routine,liver function,renal function tests were no abnormal. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of children with Tourette＇s syndrome and its obvious curative effect,good security,has great application prospect,is worth the clinical promotion.
