摘要
目的分析全球医学真菌生物膜文献概貌,了解医学真菌生物膜研究现状,为进一步研究提供思路和依据。方法利用汤森路透的TDA软件分析Pub Med数据库收录的医学真菌生物膜相关文献的时间、国家、期刊、作者和高频主题词分布,分析引用前20位文献类型及内容,并制作作者合作网络图。结果医学真菌生物膜相关文献自1999年至今文献数量处于稳步增加的趋势,美国和欧洲在该研究领域处于主导地位,文献也主要发表于美国和欧洲的该领域核心期刊。发文量前10的作者中有3位来自于美国凯斯西储大学皮肤病学系医学真菌中心。医学真菌生物膜研究对象主要集中于念珠菌属和酿酒酵母,研究方向主要集中于医学真菌生物膜的形成、其与抗真菌药物的相互作用以及医学真菌发挥该毒力相关的基因和蛋白基础。被引频次排位与文献贡献排位作者趋势具有一定的一致性。中国该领域研究主要集中于香港和北京地区。结论欧美仍是该领域的研究大国,近5年中国内地的文献数量和引用率开始增加。临床常见医学真菌和模式真菌生物膜的形成、药敏及其毒力相关机制是医学真菌生物膜的主要研究热点。
ObjectiveTo analyze the status quo of and review the research of fungal bioiflm worldwide by an overview of related literatures from PubMed, so as to provide ideas and basis for further research.MethodsMedical literatures on the research of fungal bioiflm in PubMed database were analyzed by using bibliometric tools such as Thomson data analyzer. The distributions of years, nations, journals, and currently hot topics on fungal bioiflm, and top-20 cited papers were analyzed.ResultsThe number of the papers published every year on fungal bioiflm was stable from 1981 to now. United States and Europe had leading advantages in this ifeld. The journal published the most papers of fungal bioiflm was American and European journals. Three of the top-10 authors of the most publications came from center for medical mycology, department of dermatology, university hospitals of cleveland, case western reserve university, which illustrates these research institutes in a leadership position in this ifeld. Researches focused on formation of medical fungal bioiflm, as well as its interaction with antifungal medicine and basis of this virulence related genes and proteins. The trend of citation analysis and qualifying contributions to the literature has some consistency. Researches in China are mainly from Hong Kong and Beijing, but there is an obvious gap between China and Europe or America.ConclusionUnited States and Europe are the leaders in this ifeld. The numbers and citation rates of the papers from China in this ifeld have been increasing in recent 5 years. The hot topics in this ifeld were the formation of fungal bioiflm, susceptibilities and mechanism of this virulence.
