摘要 难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹是一种常见的皮肤科疾病,病因不明,对常规治疗反应差,困扰着医生和患者。奥马珠单抗(omalizumab)是一种新型生物制剂,能有效抑制过敏反应,现多应用于治疗哮喘,部分应用于治疗难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹,其疗效得到肯定,也逐渐被皮肤科医师关注和应用。该文综述了奥马珠单抗的作用机制、临床应用、治疗效果和不良反应。 Refractory chronic idiopathic urticaria is a common skin disease, the cause of which is unknown, and the response to conventional therapy is poor, the factors mentioned above afflict both the patients and doctors. Omalizumab is a new biological agent, which can inhibit allergic reaction effectively, frequently being used in the treatment of asthma, and occasionally in some refractory chronic idiopathic urticaria patients. For the confirmed effect of the medicine, more and more dermatologists began to pay attention to Omalizumab and incline to apply it in clinic. In this paper, the mechanism, clinical applications, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of Omalizumab were reviewed.
