梅毒是一种慢性、全身性性传播疾病,由于梅毒螺旋体在体外培养困难,故限制了相关的基础与临床研究。随着分子生物学技术的进步,近年来关于梅毒螺旋体的研究不断涌现出新的热点,该文就相关的免疫学内容进行综述。

Syphilis is a chronic, systemic sexually transmitted disease. Owing to the difficulties of Treponema pallidum cultivation in vitro, the related basic and clinical researches of syphilis are limited. With the development of molecular biology techniques, studies on Treponema pallidum have achieved great progress. This article provides a brief review in immunological advances of Treponema pallidum nowadays.
