摘要
以3个丰花月季品种‘红从容’、‘柔情似水’、‘仙境’当年生枝为材料,在抗寒锻炼期间应用传统的田间直接观测法和电导法测定茎的抗寒性,测定未经冷冻处理茎的电阻抗图谱(EIS)参数,并对EIS参数与抗寒性的关系进行研究。结果表明:田间直接观测法与电导法测定抗寒性得出的结论一致,抗寒性强弱顺序为:‘仙境’>‘柔情似水’>‘红从容’;EIS参数随抗寒锻炼的进行呈现不同的变化趋势;‘红从容’的胞外电阻率re、弛豫时间τ与抗寒性具有较高相关性(r=-0.82,r=0.80),‘柔情似水’的胞内电阻率ri与抗寒性具有较高相关性(r=-0.83),‘仙境’的弛豫时间分布系数ψ与抗寒性具有较高相关性(r=0.82)。
During frost hardening , the three floribunda roses varieties :‘Hongcongrong ’ ,‘Rouqingsishui’ ,and‘Xianjing’ were used to measure their frost hardiness by means of the methods of direct field observation and electrolyte leakage ,and the non‐frost‐exposed electri‐cal impedance spectroscopy (EIS) parameters in stems ,and the relation between non‐frost‐ex‐posed EIS parameters and frost hardiness was analyzed .The results illustrated that the frost hardiness assessed by method of direct field observation was consistent with that obtained by the method of electrolyte leakage .The order of frost hardiness for floribunda roses varieties was ‘Xianjing’ 〉 ‘Rouqingsishui’ 〉 ‘Hongcongrong’ .During frost hardening ,the EIS pa‐rameters of non‐frost‐exposed stems showed different trends .Extracellular resistance (re ) and relaxation time (τ) of ‘Hongcongrong’ had a high correlation with the frost hardiness (r=-0 .82 ,r=0 .80) .Intracellular resistance (ri ) of ‘Rouqingsishui’ had a high correlation with the frost hardiness (r= -0 .83) .Distribution coefficient of relaxation time (ψ) of ‘Xianjing’correlated highly with the frost hardiness (r=0 .82) .
