摘要
目的探讨益气养阴活血中药（化纤胶囊）对脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响。方法将62例脓毒症患者采用信封随机法分为对照组（n=31）、治疗组（n=31）。对照组给予脓毒症西医常规治疗，治疗组在脓毒症西医常规治疗的基础上加用化纤胶囊中西医结合治疗。分析比较两组免疫球蛋白IgG和TRL4的差异。结果治疗组中西医结合治疗后IgG和TRL4水平较对照组单纯西药组明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论益气养阴活血中医化纤胶囊可有效地改善脓毒症患者的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine ＂ Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Capsule＂ on immune system in patients with sepsis. Methods Sixty - two cases of patients with sepsis using envelopes were randomly divided into control group （30 cases） and treatment group （32 cases）. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment of sepsis, the treatment group based on routine treatment of western medicine combined with Huaxian capsule containing Yiqi YangyinHuoxue Chinese medicines. Immunoglobulin （IgG） and TRIA of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with control group, the serum IgG and TRIA levels were decreased significantly in treatment group after received a combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Capsule can effectively improve the immune function of patients with sepsis.
