复合钎焊铝箔抗下垂性能的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 为减轻车重以及降低铝制热交换器的制造成本,作为热交换器翅片材的复合钎焊铝箔,其厚度呈现减薄趋势,而保证复合钎焊铝箔在钎焊中具有良好的高温承载能力是减薄的前提。抗下垂性能是衡量复合钎焊铝箔综合性能的重要指标,它可以有效反映复合箔在钎焊中抵抗高温变形的能力。分析了复合箔在钎焊中发生下垂的原因,并对影响复合箔抗下垂性能的各种因素做了较为详细的阐述。 Composite brazing aluminum foils are widely used in fins of heat exchangers.Their thickness becomes thinner and thinner,in order to lighten the weight of automotives and lower production cost of aluminum heat exchangers. To achieve this,sound high-temperature strength is the prerequisite. As an important part of the integrated performance,sagging resistance can reflect anti-deforming capability of composite foils in high-temperature brazing. The paper elaborates why composite foils sag in brazing and what influence their sagging resistance.
