摘要
采用拉伸试验、组织观察等方法,探讨了固溶温度、保温时间和淬火转移时间对7A52铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,7A52铝合金型材经470℃1 h固溶处理后残余相基本消除,480℃1 h固溶发生轻微过烧;随固溶温度的升高,合金强度先升高后下降,480℃时达到峰值;随着保温时间的延长,强度和伸长率均先升高后降低;随着淬火转移时间的延长,强度和塑性均降低,且转移时间60 s时的屈服强度较10 s的降低了约25 N/mm2。
The effect of solution temperature,holding time and quenching transfer time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A52 aluminum alloy was studied by the tensile test and the microstructure observation. The results show that the residual phase in 7A52 alloy is almost eliminated after 470℃ 60 min solution treatment and slight trace of over-burn appears after 480℃ 60 min solution treatment. With increase of the solution temperature,the alloy strength rises first,falls later and reaches the peak at 480℃. With the prolongation of holding time,strength and elongation increase first and decrease later. With prolongation of quenching transfer time,strength and plasticity reduce. The yield strength at 60 s transfer time is about 25 N / mm2 lower than that at 10 s.
