玛咖有效成分多种提取方法的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文分别采用乙醇回流提取、乙醇常温振摇提取、乙醇-水联合提取、超临界提取、超声波提取等不同方法对玛咖有效成分进行了提取研究。结果表明,依次用95%乙醇、50%乙醇和蒸馏水对玛咖进行回流提取能够获得较高的得率(4.4%)。同时,利用红外光谱和紫外光谱等分析方法对该提取物进行了初步表征,其结果与文献报道玛咖中含有玛咖烯、玛卡酰胺等有效成分相符合。 Active ingredients of maca were extracted using several methods such as refluxing with ethanol, agitation with ethanol at moderate temperature, refluxing with ethanol-water, supercritical fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction.The better extraction yield of maca(4.4% )was provided by refluxing with ethanol(95%), ethanol (50%) and water consecutively.Moreover,the extracts were preliminarily characterized with IR and UV-vis spectra,which showed well consistency with the previously reported main bioactive compounds such as macaene, macamide, et al.
