摘要
本文综述了磷脂酶D(PLD)在采后果蔬细胞生理活动中的作用,在果蔬胁迫反应(如高低温胁迫、机械损伤、干旱胁迫)及衰老过程中,PLD作为脂质分解代谢途径中的起始酶类主要参与细胞膜的降解,同时PLD在跨膜信号传导和细胞调节方面也具有重要作用;在此期间,PLD活性以及PLD mRNA表达都呈现增强趋势,其活性的增加使得细胞膜的完整性受到破坏,不利于采后果蔬品质的保持。PLD抑制剂的处理可降低PLD的活性,从而延缓果实细胞膜的降解进程,保持果实贮藏期的品质。
The role of PLD in cell physiological activities of postharvest fruits and vegetables is discussed in this article.When fruits and vegetables are exposed to stress(high and low temperature stress, mechanical damage, drought stress)or in their senescence process, phospholipase D(PLD), the initial enzyme in lipid catabolism pathways,is mainly involved in the degradation of membrane. Besides, PLD also acts as an important role in transmembrane signaling and cell regulation. PLD activity and its mRNA expression show an increasing trend during the process,therefore leading to the damage of cell membrane integrity and the quality of postharvest fruits and vegetables.PLD activity could be inhibited by PLD inhibitors,which helps to moderate the degradation of cell membranes and maintain the quality of fruits durinq storage.
